Congress: No Deals with Big Oil

As part of the deal to pass the Inflation Reduction Act, Senator Manchin wants to pass a separate piece of legislation that would fast-track approvals for pipelines and other dangerous fossil fuel projects. This is a dirty deal written by and for the fossil fuel industry. The bill isn't final yet, but it could be attached to a must-pass government spending bill in September, so we must do everything we can to stop this deal in its tracks.
