Congress: Pass the PFAS Action Act!
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed enforceable limits on six types of PFAS in drinking water, but these regulations are not finalized and do not address all forms of PFAS, leaving thousands of the toxic chemicals excluded from testing and potential regulation.
These “forever chemicals” are in everything from food to fabrics, causing serious human health risks and contaminating drinking water across the country. It’s time for Congress to address this huge public health problem by passing the PFAS Action Act.
Urge your members of Congress to pass the PFAS Action Act and protect our drinking water from toxic chemicals!
