Governor Hochul: Sign the Save the Hudson Bill!

New York's Legislature just passed a bill through both houses to stop the dumping of radioactive waste in the Hudson RIver. Now we need Governor Hochul to sign it into law. So far, she's uncommitted, and she needs to hear from New Yorkers now.

Holtec, the company in charge of decommissioning the Indian Point nuclear power plant, wants to dump over a million gallons of radioactive wastewater into the Hudson River this summer, instead of holding and safely breaking down the toxic waste on site. The Legislature has taken action; now it's Governor Hochul's turn.
