Both houses of the New York legislature have taken swift action to ban fracking with carbon dioxide! The oil and gas industry embraced CO₂fracking as a new scheme to evade New York's decade-long ban on fracking, but the anti-fracking movement showed up once again, and the Legislature voted to send the frackers packing.
