The Farm System Reform Act is a groundbreaking solution to our factory farm crisis.

Senator Cory Booker and Representative Ro Khanna reintroduced critical legislation that would place an immediate moratorium on the construction of new or expanding factory farms, with a phaseout of existing large facilities by 2040.

Factory farms put public health and the food supply at risk, pollute the environment and drinking water, wreck rural communities, and fuel climate change — while increasing corporate control over our food. It’s time to change the fundamental structure of our food system, and that starts with banning factory farms. We need our senators and representatives to support this legislation!
