President Biden needs to keep his promises and use his power as president to protect people's health, create millions of good-paying jobs, address the climate crisis, and halt fossil fuel extraction and fracking.
That’s why we’re demanding President Biden take executive action to help end the fossil fuel era by:
Banning fracking on public lands;
Protecting and investing in frontline communities that have been disproportionately affected by drilling and climate change; and
Halting all new fossil fuel projects and implementing a rapid, just transition to 100% renewable energy.
President Biden needs to hear directly from you and people across the United States: Protect our communities and the planet from fossil fuels.
Send a message now to demand he take executive action to protect us from the fossil fuel industry today.

President Biden,
Fossil fuels belong in the past. With bold leadership, we can transition to a renewable energy future where workers’ rights, community health, and a livable climate take precedence over corporate profits.
You have all the tools to get started on Day One. We urge you to use your power under existing law to take executive action to help:
Protect and invest in the Black, Indigenous, Brown, and working-class communities that have borne the brunt of fossil fuel extraction, industrial pollution and climate change impacts;
End the era of fossil fuels by rejecting all new fossil fuel projects, banning fracking on public lands and eliminating subsidies for oil, gas, and coal corporations; and
Launch a national climate mobilization to move the country from dirty fossil fuels to 100% renewable energy, creating jobs and ensuring a just transition for energy workers in the process.
To protect the future of our communities and planet, you need to be bold in the pursuit of environmental, racial and economic justice, and it’s time to pursue policies that save lives, protect our environment and invest in our communities.
I hope you will stand with the millions of people across the United States who are working to protect our environment.
